NEW! THE prenatal series: pelvic floor and core

Saturdays 11:30am-1pm

June 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th 

This series will focus on understanding the relationship between the breath, pelvic floor, and deep core in pregnancy, birth and beyond. We will explore pregnancy safe core strengthening exercises, bring awareness and balance to the pelvic floor, and learn breathing techniques to regulate the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and manage pain during labour. Each session will include a community check in, a breath focused movement practice, and a guided meditation to help you calm your mind and connect with your baby. 

Private and Small Group Sessions

Private and small group sessions are perfect for practitioners who are looking for a more individualized yoga or barre experience. In a private or small group setting, the class can be tailored to your specific goals.

Yoga allows us to connect and center ourselves so that we can truly experience the present moment and all it has to offer. That’s what makes a private yoga class the perfect activity for birthday parties, bachelorettes, or any other special event.

 

Kids Yoga & Movement

Yoga is a practice that is suitable for every age and every stage! My kids yoga classes are fun filled and engaging, while giving your child the tools to regulate their body and mind. We will explore yoga postures and mindfulness through games, imaginative play, music, and the breath.

During my time at home raising my oldest daughter I created a series of 10 toddler yoga videos ideal for ages 18 months- 4 years. They provide the perfect opportunity for introducing yoga to your little one while working on age appropriate gross motor skills, body awareness, and self-regulation.

 

Free Baby and Me Yoga

Yoga can be especially beneficial during the postpartum stage. It is a time of immense transformation and yoga can be used as a means of returning to the self. Yet it is often the most difficult time to prioritize ourselves and make time for our yoga practice! I have a collection of free postpartum friendly baby & me yoga classes available on my youtube channel.
